How to find us

Our practice is located on Whetstone High Road (the A1000 running from Highgate to Welwyn).

The nearest underground station is Totteridge & Whetstone (Northern line).

Bus numbers 34, 234, 263, 326, and 634 stop just outside the practice.

Parking and facilities

There is free parking available on the High Road (and on many side roads nearby) just outside the practice, with minimal restrictions: no parking between 7-10am on one side of the road and between 4-7pm on the other side.

There is a disabled parking space available in front of the practice.

Bina Saini

Roles and responsibilities:

Orthodontic treatment of children and adults, Invisalign, Aesthetic braces.

Bina Saini BDS FDS MSc MOrth qualified in dentistry from the London Hospital in 1996 and worked for 2 years in maxillofacial surgery. Prior to her orthodontic training, she also worked in the paediatric dental and orthodontic department of Great Ormond Street Hospital.

Bina returned to university for a 3 year postgraduate course in orthodontics at the Eastman Dental Hospital where she gained an MSc and qualified with the MOrth in 2003.

Since qualifying as an orthodontist, Bina has worked in specialist practices in North London and in Harley Street.

Bina is dedicated to providing a high level of personal and clinical care as orthodontic treatment has not only health but social and psychological benefits. She also maintains an active involvement in post graduate education and continuing professional development.

Bina is a member of the British Orthodontic Society and is a past orthodontic representative to the local dental committee.

Hobbies:

Bina lives in North London with her husband and two children. She enjoys cooking, art and long muddy walks with her family.

Rupal Shah

SPECIALIST ORTHODONTIST

Roles and responsibilities:

Orthodontic management of children and adult patients using a range of orthodontic appliances.

Rupal qualified from Kings College London in 2011 and prior to her orthodontic training, she gained experience in various disciplines of dentistry including Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Paediatric Dentistry and Restorative Dentistry.

Rupal completed her specialist training in Orthodontics at the Eastman Dental Hospital and qualified with the MOrth in 2018 when she was awarded the British Orthodontic Society MOrth cases 1st prize and MOrth medal.

Rupal is also currently undertaking further higher specialty training and is involved in postgraduate teaching as well as managing complex multidisciplinary cases.

She is the current treasurer of the British Orthodontic Society Training Grades Group and is a member of the European Orthodontic Society, and has presented at various national and international conferences.

Hobbies:

Travelling, playing netball, socialising with family and friends.

Lucy Dunsford

Roles and responsibilities:

Lucy is an Orthodontist with experience providing a high standard of care to both adults and children, with special interests in smile aesthetics. She is passionate about the positive effects of orthodontic treatment on confidence and self-esteem and is committed to working with her patients to create healthy beautiful smiles. Lucy can offer a variety of high quality visible and invisible options for teeth straightening to provide lifelong benefits.

Lucy completed her undergraduate dental studies in Birmingham where she was awarded numerous distinctions. She completed further training in Children’s Dentistry, Adult Special Care and as a Clinical Fellow in Orthodontics before completing her postgraduate training to specialise in Orthodontics. Her treatment of patients for the specialty examination was recognised by the British Orthodontic Society where she was awarded a prize at the British Orthodontic conference.

Anjali Mehta

PERIODONTIST

BDS, MFDS, RCSEd, MClinDent Periodontology;
GDC: 211323

Roles and responsibilities:

Anjali has completed her specialist training in Periodontology at the prestigious Eastman Dental Hospital. Her passion lies in promoting oral health and treating patients who are concerned about losing their teeth.

Since qualifying as a dentist she has gained a broad range of dental experiences including hospital placements in oral medicine, restorative dentistry and oral surgery as well as general practice. During this time, she gained her MFDS qualification.

She is an active member of the British Society of Periodontology and has attended numerous national and international conferences allowing her to continuously further her knowledge in the latest developments in research.

Periodontal disease affects the gums and supporting structures of the teeth which can lead to tooth loss. Anjali is committed to providing the highest standard of care and strongly believes in a holistic approach allowing her to help patients reduce the burden of periodontal disease on oral and general health.

Hobbies:

In her spare time, Anjali enjoys choreographing and performing Indian dance, listening to music and photography.
