I qualified in 1988 from Bristol Dental Hospital, where I also undertook a Masters Degree in Oral Medicine and Oral Surgery. I completed postgraduate training in Orthodontics at Eastman Dental Hospital in 1996. I am on the Specialist Register for both Orthodontics and Oral Surgery. Having held a post as Hospital Practitioner in Orthodontics at Watford General Hospital for over a decade, I now limit my time to Specialist Practice. I have a special interest in the use of Functional Appliances and in Adult Orthodontics.

Roles and responsibilities:

I am the Principal Orthodontist at Angle House Orthodontics Edmonton. I have a special interest in Adult Orthodontics and in the use of Functional Appliances.

Hobbies:

I enjoy photography and travel.

I like to keep up to date in new advances in orthodontics which allows me to provide patients with different options and help the best way to straighten their teeth. I provide all treatments in a welcoming friendly manner so patients feel relaxed and at ease during the treatments.

Hobbies:

I enjoy spending time with my family and young daughter. I like trying out new recipes and keeping fit.

Rishana Bilimoria

Roles and responsibilities:

ishana qualified as a Dentist from King’s College London in 2015. She has
gained a wealth of invaluable experience working within various dental hospital
specialities, including paediatric dentistry, cleft services, oral & maxillofacial
surgery, and within the Community dental services treating anxious children and
adults, and medically compromised patients.

She undertook a 3-year Orthodontic Speciality Training programme at the
renowned Eastman Dental Institute, where she was awarded a Distinction in the
MSc in Orthodontics and was nominated for the Dean’s List (2021), recognising
her academic performance in the programme. Rishana has presented several
posters and oral presentations at both national and international conferences
and has published research in peer reviewed journals.

Rishana is committed to providing the best orthodontic care for her patients and
has a kind and approachable manner, helping her patients feel comfortable and
relaxed. She is a member of the British Orthodontic Society, and Royal College
of Surgeons of England, and works as part-time as Clinical Supervisor to
Orthodontic Trainees in Dental Hospital, where she enjoys teaching younger
peers.

Hobbies:

In her leisure time, Rishana enjoys singing, painting and sculpting and spending
time with her friends and family.
